The Key Collage Feelings cards are designed to help you find, identify, and learn from your emotions. The goal is to help you feel all your emotions and keep them balanced. Even though there are a lot of emotions most people don’t like feeling, every emotion has a purpose, each emotion is as valuable as the next, and each emotion is telling you something important.

Emotions, like all energy, are made up of frequencies. High-frequency emotions like joy and happiness generally feel better than low- frequency emotions like anger and hatred. To keep the emotions in this deck balanced, half the cards show higher frequency emotions (starting with uppercase letters) and half show lower frequency emotions (all lowercase letters). The alphabetical and numbered list of cards is shown on the bottom of this card. The card number is shown somewhere on the card inside the curly heart also shown with the list below.

When I made each card, I was feeling one emotion and gathering images that felt like that emotion to me, but that doesn’t mean you will only feel one emotion when you look at a card, or that the emotion you feel will be the emotion I was feeling when I made the card. And when you look at the same card on a different day, you might see or feel something completely different. That’s why there are no letters or words on the cards—I don’t want you to think there is a right or wrong way to look at, interpret, or feel any of the cards.
