Kay first discovered collaging as an alternative to journaling back when she was struggling with emotional issues. Although Kay has always loved writing, her dispirited thinking often caused her to write herself into a corner with no healthy escape.
With collaging, she learned how to safely express her thoughts and feelings with images. Then using her gentle Key Collage® technique, she asks her collage to give her a key that she could use to safely move out of despair toward peace.
